A youth baseball league of 490+ members was paying over $2,000 a year for off-the-shelf scheduling software that didn't fully meet their needs. This custom web app replaced it entirely — giving coaches a mobile-friendly portal to view schedules, request field time, and cancel practices, while giving administrators automatic conflict detection, real-time field availability, and a full change log across all divisions.
